Since photographing her very first newborn in 2007, Lorraine Jardim of Ellie J Photography has become a trusted newborn photographer for families in Coventry, Solihull, Warwickshire, the West Midlands and beyond.
She is proud to be both a Qualified member of the Guild of Professional Photographers (QGPP) and a Licentiate with the British Institute of Professional Photographers (LBIPP) which reflects her commitment to her clients.

Lorraine was amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. I was a bit apprehensive as a new Mum but Lorraine was brilliant with our baby boy and put us all at ease. Lorraine was so patient, calm & caring and we will cherish the photos she took forever. We will definitely be back for more photos as our baby grows – thank you so much!

We recently had a family photo session with Lorraine, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. She made us all feel completely comfortable — even our dog, who usually can’t sit still for more than a few seconds, looked relaxed and happy in every shot!

We visited Lorraine after the birth of our first daughter and were absolutely blown away by her skill. Not only at her ability to make our daughter sleep with ease (no easy feat let me tell you) but to also make two very sleep-deprived parents feel safe, warm and secure during a very tipsy-turvy part of our life. She’s like therapy and a warm hug all wrapped into one and the photos of our daughter were stunning. We asked for more natural, less posed shots and she really met our needs in every way!! Thank you so much.
