Coolhat Photography

I have been behind the camera for over 40 years and to develop my technical skills I completed associated courses approved by The Royal Photographic Society, Reuters, CMI, Open University as well as 1-2-1 workshops and online tutorials with internationally recognised landscape and portrait photographers such as Rankin and David Steen. I have recently joined the Guild of Photographers who I see as adding great value and additional resources.
So that is the potted history of me, Paul French, in addition to Commercial and Portrait photography my primary interests are Sailing, Botanicals and Historicals so, I now also focus (pun intended) on photographing Yachts, Gardens and Flowers with the odd sculpture and kitchen.
To conclude, I also use my practical experiences and digital ability as a Photographic Mentor or Educator to support those picking up a camera for the first time or wanting to learn the craft and get best use of their resources to ensure the result is the best it can be!
